Place is fine. Much like all other HIE. Breakfast room was under construction while I was there but, they used a conference room for it. Good location and plenty of choices to eat nearby.
Clean, bed is comfortable, staff helpful. Only drawback,,coffee machine doesn't work.
Enjoyed the stay and had talked about staying again sometime. That is until we got home and realized that the 3 expensive swimsuits we had hung on the back of the door in the restroom were forgotten and somehow the staff could not find them 3 hrs later. Not housekeeping, lost and found, nor management. Management swears his staff is trustworthy, but I know those 3 items were specifically located on the back of that door. Yes, I take partial fault for leaving them but honest goes a long way in my book. A lot further than a nice room/pool area/location.
Great customer service, warm and inviting atmosphere with a pool and hot tub for you and the kids. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Oh and did I mention that they have a very good complimentary breakfast to get your day started off just right.
Love this place. Fast free internet. Enough to game on. Good free breakfast.
