It was really easy to get to. The room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay . Even though it is right off the highway we heard no noise at all.
Horrible. I reserved this room in advance as a HHonors member. We were driving from Atlanta to Colorado and this was a good stopping point. After driving for 13 hours and being only an hour away at 10pm the hotel calls me to tell me they no longer have a room for me. "maintenance problem, heater doesn't work" how does a room that has been empty all day have a sudden maintenance problem. Someone else's room must have had a problem and they moved them to the last room (mine). They wouldn't admit this and they acted like they didn't want to find me other accommodations. I've been using Hilton properties as a member for 20 years and this has never happened. I ended up at another Hilton property and they could not believe what this property did to me.
HORRIBLE!! Upon arrival and getting into our room, there was a pungent smell that the room had been fumigated recently. The carpets were wet from what appeared their attempt at removing several blood stains from the carpet. There was blood on the box springs that they failed to clean. At 4 am we finally were able to move rooms. They first offered us a fan to help???? Seriously horrifying. The manager was not accessible for the weekend. There were only two somewhat friendly staff. This is a horrible Hampton Inn. I would spend your money somewhere else. Let our mistake be your lesson.
