This hotel offered a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable room that was also a smoking room. That is rare in our travels. Typically if you can find a hotel with smoking rooms, they are not kept up very well and this was a pleasant surprise! I appreciate the rights of non-smokers but it was so refreshing to find a well kept hotel that offered a nice smoking room. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future! Wonderful place to stay.
The staff was very helpful! The room was great, very comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good. Homemade biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon! All delicious!
The man at the front desk was absolutely very helpful and friendly! Also my 3 year old son took to him very fast. Even said mommy i like that man he is nice he is my new best friend lol. Rooms where very nice and clean! When i come back this will be my to go spot
Stayed at this best about a year ago. It has not changed much from a year ago. It does not meet the standards that I would expect from a best western plus. I have stayed at a few. All managers of best western should go to Sidney Montana and see how this place is run.
Decent looking, fairly new location. Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Breakfast ends way too early on weekends - 9am. Check out also too early. External room door is convenient, but you can hear the loud Interstate traffic all night long. Rooms look outdated, but nice large TV. Tub / shower is extremely slippery with no traction mat. The bed is of terrible quality. Sank like a 20 year old cheap mattress with springs poking you. The dehumidifier function of the AC unit works a little too well. After only one night here, we were severely dehydrated in the morning and for the next several days. Stayed at Fairfield Inn two weeks later for comparable price. Better rooms, beds, shower, AC, later check-out and breakfast until 11am.
I will not stay here again.
