I called and spoke with a woman and was advised that I would be contacted the following day. When I did not receive a call or message the following day, towards the end of the day I called again and was advised that I would be called before the end of the day. Still no call. I made one last attempt to get an appointment and went to the website to schedule my own appointment and almost a week later I was called, however I could not answer the call at the time and called them back an hour later and never was able to get a hold of anyone. This company, apparently, does not want my business. Oh well, it's their loss. I have the money to pay for the job, which has been estimated between $15,000.00-$20,000.00 to complete, but I will not waste any more of my time with a company this unprofessional, period. If a contractor cannot be timely and promptly address any customer's needs I will not give them my business.
