So horrible. The food was DISGUSTING and the customer service was absolutely horrendous. I asked for a refund and the woman yelled at me. We will never be back. Ever.

This WAS my favorite Chinese food place. I won't be going back sadly :-(. 2 bad experiences is enough and the woman was very rude when I called because the meat (beef)wasn't cooked!! She refused the replace it and said I would just come back and get more free food..... literally said that I was pretty shocked she finally agreed but I didn't go back I thought she was just gonna get it off the buffet after saying it will be ready in 3 min

Don't do it! A typical not so low budget run-of-the-mill American not so healthy Chinese restaurant, complete with funky outdated dusty inoperable ethnic art and decor. Funky and nasty. Somewhat neglected and outdated. The big screen TV may or may not operate well. The staff seem enslaved to their jobs and can force the best of greetings. The wait-staff are attentive enough. The cost is too exuberant for the frozen prepackaged glamorous buffet style heat mix and serve foods offered. Situated in an older not so nice strip mall. Very uncomfortable substandard environment. Not indicative of most of the competition in the area. If you're fortunate you won't have to watch the obese dude from Austin Powers slurp down a dozen serverings. Yeah, that sort of place.
