When I call the post office it rings 20 times and goes into a busy signal.
Sent my deposit for my new home over a week ago I sent it certified mail with tracking and everything called today and asked where my package was because they have to have the deposit before I can move in obviously and the have no idea where it's location is couldn't help me what's so ever and just told me to wait a few more days then call back( it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday this is Thursday and they don't even know what state it is in) terrible I will never use them for any form of business the worst customer service hands down
I own a Yukon business and my mail carrier can't seem to come by to leave my mail with me or to take outgoing mail. I have dealt with this for years so that I wouldn't get my mail carrier in trouble but it's beyond ridiculous!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst postal service and drivers I have ever dealt with. NUMEROUS occasions I have spoken with the post master regarding my mail not being picked up yet nothing ever changes. Yet again I go to check my mail and my flag is up and all of my bills still sitting in my mail box. Truly unacceptable and someone should do something about this. I have had every excuse from "did you even have your flag up," to blaming the way "new builders install mail boxes." Absolutely ridiculous. Will be writing a formal complaint Monday.
This post office is the biggest joke ever. And this is coming from someone that worked for USPS for several years. I've always been a strong believer in supporting our local post office, but I would take my service to a competitor any day if it meant not dealing with these people. Delivering packages to you? That's not going to happen! Picking up at the door between 6am and 9am? That's most certainly not going to happen! Getting someone to actually be nice and helpful? That's not going to happen either! Save your money and go to UPS or FedEx. These people are ridiculous!
I got attention and resolution from the post master himself. My reason for needing their help was less than fortunate, but I am GRATEFUL to have gotten their help and immediate attention!!! Steven and Carol Lee are the bomb!!!
