The first nurse was excellent, caring, and compassionate. The imaging department was friendly and helpful. That is the only reason they get 2 stars. Came into the ER with severe pain on middle to lower back radiating around the front and down to pelvic. Blood work showed all was fine so I was given the option as to whether I wanted a CT scan or not. The doctor did not recommend anything, left it completely up to me. I obviously opted for the scan in hopes of reaching a diagnosis, the same thing I would expect from any real doctor. Best take the longer trip to the city for emergency room healthcare. Treated as trash at the end of my very expensive visit, had a door slammed in my face by the relieving nurse, and had to recommend my own medical care . Best guess is these Dr's and most nurses aren't hirable at a more reputable hospital. You will get bottom of the barrel care and even worse treatment, at best.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my wife to Yukon ER due to having neck stiffness, fever, headache, slurred speech and numb hands and feet. Dr Davis was quick to rule it as a "complex" migrane without doing or willing to do any testing. Sent us home with a prescription that did no help. Went to a different ER downtown same day, with a COMPLETELY different diagnosis of meningitis. Please DO NOT go to Integris Canadian Valley and risk being blown off by the Doctors and Nurses there. We have been there on many occasions with such passiveness and have now decided never again. I want my health needs and life in the hands of medical professionals who actually care.
This place is the best at waiting 18 months to bill you again for more than $800. If you want a place that will keep you anxious about billing, this is apparently your best choice.
The ER doc would not even let us explain why we were there. Said "you will be going home tonight." This was before we even got to explain and before any tests were done. There is no accountability here. We got a fake diagnosis just to get us out the door. Someone is letting this kind of stuff go down. If you can, go further into the city.
I went there last night for x-rays and Everyone was very kind a very helpful,understanding. They all meet me with smiles and kindness. I well highly recommend them. They know that being an ER is not fun or no one wants to be there. So-hats off to All the staff and THANK YOU.
