Service is getting worse by the day. Current employees and ones I know from the past have had hours cut. VERY FEW people know what your talking about when asking about specific items. Early mornings and late evenings it is near impossible to find someone who works their. They need to have somewhat knowlegable people in areas where contractors could possibly be shopping for there jobs instead of people who know nothing. If Carpenters ace was open earlier and later i woukd not step foot into Lowes. The staff at Ace are spot on with service and can lead you to exactly what you are looking for in seconds.
Bought a floor model fridge on 10-8-17. Didn't bring until 10-16-17,but when they did the freezer door was broken. Brought another 10-19-17, it ended up being a different brand, which I didn't want and it had food stains and scratches on it (obviously used) was told at that time they would have another to be in a couple of hours. It is now 10-23-17 and I have yet to hear from anyone. Oh I forgot to say during all this time I was hung up on while trying to resolve over the phone. Very frustrated at this point!
Self checkout was all that was open with lines 10 people deep between three of them. It was more important to go out and get carts in the parking lot then it was to help people check out. I'm old this new technology eludes me and I did not want to wait in line as did three other people just like me. I actually had one of the employees tell me what are you going to do there's no other Lowe's or Home Depot for miles. I'll only go back there again in a case of emergency. In a scale of 1 to 10 it gets a zero.
One of the best home improvement stores available and we're proud and pleased to have it here in town. The caliber of the employees are much better than what's typical at other similar locations. I would certainly shop here first unless I just had to go to Home Depot for something that they didn't carry. Conveniently located beside the interstate and among many major retail stores and I shops, including hotels. Located in a very nice higher in suburb. Lots of parking and staff are eager to accommodate.
There was three workers. We finally got his attention. Helped us right away. At Yukon Lowe's. We bought a icebox and a STOVE. YAYYYYY.
