I STRONGLY recommend you go to Ann's Flowers Décor & More in Yukon, OK If you need a good quality flower shop, and you live close to OKC. They do a fabulous job and have wonderful customer service. Their work is absolutely breath taking! And get this...they aren't any more expensive than this awful place.
I ordered the best Valentines flowers that I could think of and the designer really impressed me I will be coming back every year to order flowers from this place thank you for making my wife's Valentine's Day so great.
A couple of days before they were supposed to be in I called to ask them if they could give me a round about time the flowers would be delivered (ie. in the morning or afternoon) and RIGHT after the lady talking to me told me that they couldn't tell me when they'd be delivered, she said "So, were you wanting them to be delivered in the morning or in the afternoon?" How much sense does that make? I mean, I get that there is never a 100% guarantee on anything but it's not like I asked for a specific time. I just asked for an estimate. And if they gave me the option for the flowers to be delivered in the am or the pm...obviously they COULD at least give me a round about time they could be delivered.

I ordered one dozen long stem red roses for my wife for our anniversary, they were gorgeous the first day, and went down hill from there. With in three days all droopy and disgusting. When I called to complain all they offered was to replace them, which I accepted. With in three days the same exact thing happened. They cost me over 70 dollars. Poor, poor quality. Will never shop there again.
Do not waste your money or time on this place! I'd buy flowers at Walmart before I'd get flowers from these people again!!!
I honestly can't even rate this place as a "1 star" because it's so horrible. I went a head and ordered from them despite the previous reviews I read on here thinking that maybe they have seen the bad reviews on them and tried to change things. I was wrong and the reviews on here are spot on. Don't just "pass on the roses"...pass on everything. When the flowers came in that I ordered I was so angry. First off, it wasn't any where close to looking like the ones I ordered. Secondly, the flowers I did end up getting were in very poor condition. They were already brown and drooping. It looked absolutely pathetic!
I've been ordering from Yukon Flowers for 4-5 years now. I just tell Judy what is on my mind... "something exotic" or "cottage flowers" and she does the rest. I always order for my grandmother and she is impressed and surprised every time. The flowers that my grandma receives last weeks. I always feel like I bought my money's worth in flowers. The only downside is that they don't deliver on Sundays even if it's a holiday.
