Regional Finance are a bunch of Crooks. They tell you one thing then do another. My recent experience with them was helping a friend get out from under a loan. She was in a pinch and need money and thought they were being honest with her. Instead they charged her 20.99 % interest on a loan then added finance charges on top of the interest and Life insurance to cover themselves even though she had allowed them to place a lien on her car. She paid on the loan for 9 months and still owed about $1200. more than she borrowed from them. She wanted to trade the car for a 6 year newer car that is worth more and they said yes sure we will do that. But when it came time to make the transaction they renigged and told her several lies along the way. I will tell everyone I know and blast them all over town about how they lie to people. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I hope you never need money so bad that you get taken advantage of like this.
