I absolutely love this Kohl's. The employee's are always eager to help if needed and they always just seem happy to be there. I know how hard it is to leave daily and personal problems outside of work but they all seem to do a fantastic job at doing just that. I live closer to a different Kohl's but I'd rather drive a little further to receive the excellent customer service that I receive at the Yukon Kohl's. Thanks Kohl's teem!!
Would give zero stars if I could! Received a 20% off entire purchase coupon for Kohls in the mail and it did not state there were any exclusions on the coupon however the cashier said the converse sneakers I was buying were excluded for the coupon....i said okay but what about using the coupon on my other item and she said "um....no" as rude as could be when in reality she was just too lazy to properly ring up my items and allow me to use the coupon....after being treated this way, I am never buying anything from Kohls every again!
Clearance rack is unmatched and then 30% off and then yes to you rewards and then kohls cash , practly paying me to shop!
For a big box store it isn't bad and the staff are friendly. Over all I have had great experiences here. Just some of the brands don't have the best quality so be sure to look them up first.
Kohl's is a great place to get some clothes on sale for you or your family. They have a great return policy as well which makes buying things for others easy and stress free.
This is a fantastic store in Yukon. They stock so much inventory that it is sometimes difficult to just get the one thing you went in to get. Their selection is second to none and their prices are very competitive when compared with any other store.
