So now we were forced to scramble to find another car reservation at a similar price and go with a competitor 'Enterprise' in Yukon, OK on Garth Brooks Blvd. There, they were extremely helpful, answered our questions and got us in a larger and more equitable option than originally reserved through Avis and saved us over $40 to boot. The kicker is Enterprise actually fulfilled their obligation and from the time it took to book the vehicle and receive the keys was four minutes faster than it took for a "Manager" for Avis to tell us we were SOL and to create additional problems.

Rented a car through Avis for 3 days and a few hours before our trip we go to pick up our reserved car. This car reservation also included Insurance for the vehicle and was charged up front on my card.
I hit a coyote in groom, tx and realized it damaged the car I originally rented in California. I got to Elk City, OK and contacted enterprise to see if there was anything they could do. With very a very quick response we were directed to the Okla. City enterprise for an even exchange with a much larger better vehicle, no out of pocket extra expenses. Amazing customer service and office help. Very quick and appreciated. We weren’t set back on our trip due to their quick and reliable customer service. Thanks guys!

Don't worry I'm not yet a customer but I have noticed a good thing about you guys. You will do everything in your power to be helpful and kind and courteous to incoming clients. I wish so many other rental companies had that kind of work ethic you also help me very much with the selection and narrowing down of a rental agency. Even if I cannot choose you,i want you guys to know that I will be choosing you very very soon at some point in the future. Thank you for being so very helpful
The staff here is very nice and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the car you receive if not they will change your car when another is available.

When picking up the reservation we noted the absence of Avis cars and an abundance of Budget moving trucks. Sure enough the "Manager" a dark complected female said they just gave away our rental and when asked about the insurance we were already charged, she said exactly this, "I don't know what to tell you." Then turned and walked away.
Arrived at 430 pm to pick up car. They were ready for me. The only problem I had was economy vehicle I received had a bad "cat smell like" odor. However this would be a boring review of everything went good and they didn't have a chance to show true customer service. They have excellent customer service! Immediately received a new upgraded vehicle for the trouble. Will rent again.
